URGENT NOTICE

ACTION REQUIRED!!!!!

Dear Voyager Families,

The Voyager Team will be traveling to Jay Peak this school year for
2 days of  skiing; January 6th & March 9th. In order to prepare for
these days, Jay Peak needs each family to fill out two liability waivers
for their student. These waivers can be filled out online by going to
 https://bit.ly/2JBbXdi

Your student will not be able to ski if the waivers are not filled out.
If a family absolutely cannot fill out these waivers online, please let us
know and we will send home the paper version of these waivers.

If you are interested in chaperoning, you will need to fill out waivers
as well. The chaperone waiver link is https://bit.ly/2CFi2BB -choose
the option “they are an adult with no minors to sign for” -
this is a Ski and Ride School waiver instead of the Foundations waiver
which is being used for parent chaperones this year.
