Hidden Figures

The novel Hidden Figures has been the focus of fifth and sixth grade reading groups. It is our hope to show this inspirational movie to all of the Voyagers just before the Winter Break (the week of February 23). Please make sure to return your permission slip- or if  your student has misplaced their slip- just write us a note giving them permission to watch.

Voyager Update

Voyager Update
February 2018

Dear Parents, Guardians and Voyager Supporters,

We are writing to notify you that during our team meeting today we informed the Voyager students that Mr. Morgillo (Mr. M.) will not be returning to St. Albans City School. He has decided to relocate to his home state of Connecticut to continue his post surgery physical therapy and to be closer to his family.

Although Mr. Morgillo’s presence will be missed, we want to assure our Voyagers and their families that our search for a short term and long term Voyager teacher is underway and we will keep you informed of our progress. We are pleased Ms. Muir will continue her role as our writing teacher while we search.  If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us here at school.

-There is a cafeteria available for skiers but it is very
expensive! We recommend students to either bring a

could bring a little money to buy a hot chocolate if they
                want.
  • Skiers will not be back for afternoon buses
-Skiers will be back at City School around 4:00. They need
to be pick up by parents or have arrangements made ahead
                time.
